Don’t Be Alarmed centres on This Is Rigged, a group of young people taking non-violent direct action to challenge the status quo’s support for new North Sea oil extraction. Their actions speak to a much bigger picture: a political system failing to protect our future. This is a global story, and it’s a Scottish story. The silencing of dissent and the erosion of civil liberties are no longer abstract stories on our screens; they are fixtures of daily life, playing out on our very doorsteps.
We’ve captured powerful, urgent footage on the ground. But we can only make this film a reality if it’s funded by individuals like you.
